- What do I need to download FLIPPO?
Your mobile phone must be activated with data services ie. GPRS, EDGE, 3G or WIFI. Charges for data services may vary according to mobile service provider which is as low as 1sen per 1kb.
- Where will the FLIPPO software be stored once downloaded in my mobile phone?
The software will be stored on the mobile phone at APPLICATION, GAMES or in the MEMORY CARD depending where you saved it.
- Must I change my Mobile Phone?
Not if it is compatible with FLIPPO software. If problems arise when downloading, kindly contact our Customer Service at 603 2142 3889.
- Can I use FLIPPO anywhere in the world?
Yes, FLIPPO can be used anywhere in the world as long as there is a local Mobile Service Provider and GPRS is available.
- Do I need to change Mobile Service Provider when I am overseas?

To just enjoy HIGH SAVINGS - No, you can still use your local simcard

- Do I need to sign a Service Contract to use FLIPPO services?
No, there is no contract binding you to use FLIPPO. However, there are Terms and Conditions you need to adhere to.
- How to save on expensive international roaming charges while overseas?
- Buy a local prepaid call card of the relevant country with GPRS/WIFI network
- Enter your local prepaid call phone number in the "Call From" slot
- Select the destination number and press "Call"
